MEDICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE ON CVE TENNIS COURTS (as of 3/31/2025): At the moment of writing these recommendations, the CVE Resident Guide (Page 6) outlines the following steps regarding Recreation Safety & Security: - “In the event of an emergency, CALL 9-1-1 FIRST. - For lesser injuries, please follow these procedures (Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, and Pools): 1) Notify management or security immediately. If you are near a RED emergency call box, press the button to be connected to a dispatcher. 2) Give a brief explanation and the location of the incident. 3) Management will assess and security will be dispatched to the location of the incident. An on-site paramedic will be dispatched if needed.” For more information, please refer to the complete text currently published in the CVE Resident Guide on Page 6. Please inform your players that Canadian cell phones are compatible with 911 emergency calls. Our Court Equipment Coordinator will follow up with CenClub to confirm any further updates, and we are committed to providing you with the most current information regarding player safety.
